At L’Audacieuse Paris, every order is prepared with the utmost care. We strive to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, from the selection of your wig to its receipt.
1. Delivery in France and internationally
L’Audacieuse Paris offers delivery within France as well as internationally, subject to the destinations served.
Delivery costs and estimated times are indicated when confirming your order, depending on your destination and the delivery method offered.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applicable to certain international destinations will be specified according to the information available at the time of order.
2. Order preparation and shipping
Each order is carefully prepared to ensure the quality of your experience.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, if available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and any customs formalities.
In case of difficulty regarding the shipment of your package, our customer service team remains at your disposal.
3. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you generally have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the expiry of this period by contacting our customer service.
Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have an additional 14 days to return the product in question to us.
After the legal withdrawal period, withdrawal requests can no longer be accepted, unless otherwise provided by law. Your rights under legal warranties remain applicable.
4. Return conditions
To facilitate the processing of your return, we invite you to take care of the product and, as far as possible, keep its original packaging and accessories.
Handling the product beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning may result in a decrease in its value, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Certain products may be subject to legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including clearly personalized products or certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, when the legal conditions are met.
5. Refunds
In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, the refund will be made in accordance with the timeframes and procedures provided by applicable law.
The refund includes the amounts legally refundable, including initial standard delivery charges where required by law.
It will be made using the payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise at no additional cost.
The refund may be deferred until the product is recovered or until proof of its shipment is provided, in accordance with legal provisions.
6. Damaged or non-compliant products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or one that does not match your order, we invite you to contact our customer service team, specifying your order number and the nature of the problem.
Photographs may facilitate the review of your request.
The applicable legal warranties, particularly the legal guarantee of conformity, remain fully applicable independently of the withdrawal period.
